Shipping & Returns

Order & Delivery Times

 

Every piece I have for sale is made to order, unless otherwise stated. Therefore, please allow for up to 14 working days for your order to arrive. This gives me time to make, hallmark (if required), and post your order to you.

That said, I do my best to be as timely as possible, and most orders will get to you sooner than this!

Occasionally a piece or order might take longer than 14 working days to fulfil. If this is the case, (and it has not been stated on a specific product in the shop), I will get in touch to discuss what is possible.   

This 14 day policy does not apply to bespoke orders.

Delivery Methods and Costs

Orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail using either Tracked or Special Delivery, depending on order value. Charges are calculated and shown at checkout.

International orders are also sent using Royal Mail with a flat rate.

All orders are sent in high quality jewellery packaging, however, should you require special gift wrapping please get in touch before ordering to discuss this.

Cancellations

Should you want to cancel an order please get in touch within 24 hours of ordering. You will receive a notification once your order is sent… once sent it is not possible to cancel.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your order and wish to exchange item(s) or receive a refund, please get in touch within 14 days of their delivery. After 14 days this might not be possible, however I always try my best to find a solution that works for everyone.

If returning earrings these must be returned unworn due to hygiene reasons.

Items returned to me must arrive in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received them. I am not responsible for any damages that occur in transit back to me.

Should your order arrive damaged or defective due to transit, I will do my best to provide a replacement, alternative, or refund.    

I can only cover the cost of sending an item back to me if it due to the item being damaged or defective in some way.  

Once I receive your returned item, I will be in touch to arrange a refund. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

Refunds for bespoke pieces are decided on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may not be possible, partial or full.
